DAMAGE AND LOSS POLICY
Greener Cleaner Plus takes supreme care in cleaning our customers garments. This includes the implementation of several systems designed to avoid misplaced, lost or damaged items. However, in the unusual instance that your garment is lost or damaged, we will repair or replace the garment to your satisfaction, or issue you a full refund or credit for the value of that garment, as specified in the National Fair Claims Guide For Consumer Textile Products.

AUTHORIZATION FOR GARMENT CARE
Greener Cleaner Plus employs a thorough inspection process after receiving each garment. On occasion, some garments may be unacceptable for wet cleaning, either because of dimensional instability or concern over unstable dyes. On those instances, we shall process your garment using traditional dry cleaning methods. If you are sensitive to chemicals, or wish to be informed before processing your clothes using traditional dry cleaning methods, please inform us through our contact page.

There may be instances where we spot a potential problem with a garment and ask for your permission before moving forward with any cleaning process. The concern could be about colorfastness, or the age or weakness of the fabric. Whatever the case may be, the function of the authorization is to alert you to the possibility that your garments may be adversely affected if they are cleaned. If you agree to proceed, the garment will be processed with extreme care by our well trained technicians. If we can not get your authorization in time for our next day delivery service, then our garment care specialists will have two options: to hold the garment, awaiting a response to clean your garment in time for your next scheduled delivery or return the item without cleaning it.

POLICIES AND CONDITIONS
At Greener Cleaner Plus we take great care with garments entrusted to us and we use processes which are safe for these garments and the environment. Due to the fact that items are not manufactured according to uniform standards and levels of quality, we cannot be held responsible for certain results.

• In laundering we cannot guarantee against loss of color and/or shrinkage or against damage to weakened fibers.
• Certain items will only be cleaned at the customer’s risk. Including the following, but are not limited to: leather, chenille, rugs, pillows, draperies and upholstery items.
• Greener Cleaner Plus is not responsible for weaknesses or defects in materials that are not readily apparent prior to processing, or any insect related damage.
• Greener Cleaner Plus is not responsible for any trimmings including: buckles, beads, buttons, belts and sequins.
• Differences in count must be reported at the time of pick up/delivery. Unless a list accompanied the items, our count must be accepted.
• Greener Cleaner Plus’s liability for any lost or damaged article shall not exceed 10 times our charge for cleaning it.
• Greener Cleaner Plus is not responsible for items not claimed within 90 days.
• Complaints must be presented within 30 days after the due date.
